Kathryn Minasian, EA
Founder & CEO
Kathryn has 17 years of experience in the tax industry. She has held positions as Tax Director and Senior Tax Manager at prestigious firms in Arizona and the greater Seattle area. Kathryn has provided consultation services as the lead Tax Manager for high net worth clients and business owners. She specializes in real estate professionals, business entity structure, employee stock plans and small business owner compliance. Kathryn graduated from Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo and holds credentials as an Enrolled Agent with the IRS which allows her to represent her clients with a Power of Attorney.
